Founded in 1995 and incorporated as a non-profit in 1997, After School Tutorial Educational Program (ASTEP) is an organization lead by volunteers from Long Branch and the surrounding community that seeks to help students succeed academically in order to move forward in life. Our mission is to encourage young people to push through challenges, overcome defeat and find meaningful ways to succeed in life.

We encourage kids to be themselves while teaching important cognitive, academic, emotional and socialization skills that support your child's development.
